| Abstract | 本文介绍一种微波宽带可实时频谱仪。实测结果表明,该微波宽带频谱仪的驻波频率特性在4GHz～15GHz这样宽的频率范围内保持小于2.0;该微波频谱仪的系统噪声系数小于4dB,系统噪声温度小于440K,系统相对灵敏度为1.44×10~(-2),时间分辨率为10mS,频率分辨率为10MHz。该微波宽带可实时频谱仪的研制成功,不仅为我国的太阳频谱观测与研究作出了重大贡献,而且也将对我国的国防建设产生积极的影响。 |
