AbstractThe discrepancy of the coronal magnetic field between solar optical and solar radio studies using the magnetic fibril concept with filling factor and fractal structure model is analysed. The magnetic field of ap100 G considered in solar optical studies is a mean value on a large scale, and that of ap1000 G in solar radio studies should be the value of fine structures inside ldquomacrordquo loops
