毫米波射电望远镜准光学馈源系统及低噪声接收技术的研究

Abstract本文叙述了我国13.7米毫米波射电望远镜准光学馈源系统及低噪声致冷接收技术。在2.6mm波段研制了具有多种功能的准光学馈源系统,插入损耗小于0.5dB;研制了宽带低噪声致冷接收机前端,在80 ̄115GHz的频率范围内,带内最小噪声温度达到TR(DSB)min=130K。该毫米波望远镜已观测到了O3,C^12O(J=1-O),C^13O(J=1-0)多条分子谱线。
