基于数字摄影测量技术的高精度低温面形测量

Abstract受到检测设备工作温度条件的限制,目前低温环境下的高精度面形检测手段还十分缺乏.首次将数字摄影测量技术应用于低温环境下高精度太赫兹反射面板的面形检测,采用高分辨率工业相机,结合低温电机驱动的自动测试台,实现测量设备在低温环境实验舱中的自动化拍摄,低温环境下的重复测量精度达到2.1μm rms.利用三坐标测量仪在常温下对靶标厚度进行标定,从而消除了由靶标厚度差异造成的系统测量误差.在常温至-55?C的温度范围内测量了南极5米太赫兹望远镜(DATE5)铝制原型面板的面形误差,获得了面板在低温下的面形变化规律.
