Abstract多像元超导探测器接收系统,由太赫兹频段本振信号源、宽带波束分离器、Michelson干涉仪、超导SIS或HEB探测器阵列、多通道直流偏置电源、多通道读出电路及宽带频谱处理单元、低温低噪声放大器、常温中频及其匹配高分辨频谱处理单元组成。其中太赫兹波段本振信号源采用毫米波段固态本振源以及倍频放大的方式构成;宽带波束分离器采用在太赫兹频段具有高透过特性的15~75微米的Myler膜;超导探测器在太赫兹低频段,采用超导SIS探测器、在高频段则采用超导HEB探测器,低温低噪声放大器采用集成MMIC技术的低噪声放大器。高分辨频谱处理单元采用高分辨的数字频谱技术。多像元超导探测器布局采用工艺易于实现的方形阵列,同时基于结构紧凑考虑,使集成于每一超导探测器像元的平面天线,其远辐射场的主波束不交叠,并确保其接收信号受邻近像元干扰尽量低。
